KEEPING FRAMERS SAFE

By Jayne Robinson

KEEPING FRAMERS SAFE

We’re working hard to make sure that we keep Framers safe. Here’s everything you need to know before coming to see us at the studio.

ALL TOGETHER NOW

Wow, we missed you. We know we have the best members in the world so have no doubt that we will all do our bit to keep each other safe.

Our teams have had extensive health and safety training to make sure that we are COVID secure across all points of the business.

Our team are prepared to wear PPE in areas where social distancing is difficult to maintain.

We have done a huge amount of work to put processes in place to keep Framers safe while getting some much-needed endorphins. This will only work if we all adhere to them.

We ask that you respect other Framers, be patient as we all get to grips with the ‘new normal’ and please let our team know if you see something that’s not right so we can sort it straight away.

If you’re feeling unwell or have been in contact with anyone who is showing symptoms of COVID please do not come to class. Stay home, move your frame online and come back to see us when you’re well again.

STUDIO UPDATE

Please make sure that you book your class before arriving at the studio to avoid congestion at the front desk.

On arrival to the studio please note that you may need to stand in line outside the studio so please look out for and follow our ‘social fitnessing’ signage.

Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes and no fewer than 5 minutes before your class is due to start.

Smile at our FOH who will be behind a perspex partition, we have a no-contact policy at the studios so only virtual hugs for now.

All Framers (including employees) will have mandatory non-contact temperature checks on arrival to the studio. Plus a verbal confirmation that they do not have COVID symptoms or have not been in contact with anyone who has.

You will see touch-free hand sanitiser stations at all entry and exit points. We ask that you use them frequently – clean hands save lives!

We advise that you come ready to move already in your kit with minimal belongings as we will try to keep the changing rooms and showers closed unless absolutely necessary. Toilets will be in use.

Socks MUST be worn for Pilates, Barre and Yoga classes. If you forget (it happens!) you can purchase at the studio.

Lockers will not be in use, but you can take your belongings into the studio with you.

Studios will be deep cleaned twice a day with touchpoints being cleaned in between classes. We are using top-grade hygiene products, including hospital grade sanitising wipes, an electrostatic sprayer, and virus busting cleaning solutions.

We’ve allocated additional cleaning time before and after classes where you will be asked to wipe down your equipment with anti-viral wipes. Teamwork makes the dream work!

SOCIAL FITNESSING

We are running classes at reduced capacity to reflect the government guidelines of 1-meter plus. Our timetable has also changed so that we don’t have congestion of Framers coming in and out of class at the same time.

You will see colourful floor markers to help guide you around the studio in a safe, socially distanced way. Please be sound, follow the rules and let us know if you’re unsure of anything!

Each studio will be clearly marked with personal workout spaces so that you can practice social fitnessing in your class. Any equipment you will need will be at your station already along with your cleaning kit. Easy!

KILL THE VIRUS, NOT THE VIBE

We are so excited to have you back in the studios with us! While things might feel a little different with ‘social fitnessing’, reduced capacity and A LOT of additional cleaning, we will be dishing out endorphins and bringing that feel-good Frame vibe that we’ve all been craving!
