You asked, we listened. After a pandemic related hiatus we are bringing back our highly addictive Framer smoothie. Made using the finest ingredients from our friends at Rude Health, Pip & Nut and Form Nutrition it’s the perfect pick-me-up meal for any time of the day. Book a pre 9am midweek class between 7th - 28th of Feb and get a Framer totally FREE. Book class

INGREDIENTS

1 banana (fresh or frozen)

1 cup of Rude Health Almond Drink 

1 tsp of Pip & Nut Almond Butter 

15g of Form Nutrition Vanilla Vegan Protein

¼ tsp of organic cinnamon

STEPS

Put all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth and creamy. To serve, pour over ice in a large tumbler. Dare you to make it last more than 60 seconds (impossible).
