INGREDIENTS
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1 cup of Rude Health Almond Drink
1 tsp of Pip & Nut Almond Butter
15g of Form Nutrition Vanilla Vegan Protein
¼ tsp of organic cinnamon
STEPS
Put all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth and creamy. To serve, pour over ice in a large tumbler. Dare you to make it last more than 60 seconds (impossible).
