The infamous Framer smoothie has been an integral part of the Frame fam since 2015. With some only coming to do a class so they can have a post-class Framer fix. ‘This stuff is like crack’ what do you put in it? Well, it’s all above board ingredients that make this bad boy taste SO GOOD. For this recipe we’ve decided to spice it up with some Cacao – but you can choose to have it without. Framers choice.
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1 cup of almond milk
1 tsp of almond butter
1 serving of vanilla vegan protein powder (we suggest Form)
¼ tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of cacao powder (or to preferred taste)
Put all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth and creamy. To serve, pour over ice in a large tumbler. Dare you to make it last more than 60 seconds (impossible).
