FIT MUMS (Phase 3)

Fit Mums is a step up from our Postnatal Fitness class, increasing the intensity and adding heavier weights to help you rebuild your strength and give you a challenge. Taught by post-natal qualified instructors.
For the mind
The social aspect of working out with fellow Mums alone is a great reason to get to a fit mums class. Building back up your fitness post baby is great to bolster self-esteem aswell as releasing feel-good hormones like serotonin and dopamine into the brain.
For the body
This is the last stop before you get back to your pre pregnancy fitness routine and back to doing what you love. You will build on the work that was done in Phase 2 by adding heavier load to build strength and adding impact into the workout. It's a full body pulse raiser that is suppose to be challenging!
