A slower paced class to take you through the basic Pilates techniques. You will become familiar with the Reformer bed and the different ways in which it can be used. It is strongly encouraged to do a couple of Basic classes before joining an Open class.
Please attend 3 Basics Classes before booking. Using springs and pullies to aid the harder exercises and add challenge when that's mastered. Pilates will work on improving posture, finding balance, firing up that internal core strength and lengthening and elongating all your muscles.
An express, targeted version of our Power Pilates class. By targeting large and small muscles in the lower body this class will strengthen your legs, glutes and core, leaving you feeling strong and supple. Please attend 3 beginner classes before booking.
A targeted version of our Power Pilates class. Working on large and small muscles this class will improve upper body alignment & stability, focusing on your arms and core to leave you feeling strong and supple. Please attend 3 beginner classes first.
Not suitable for beginners or rehab, we recommend you have a strong experience of Pilates before attending. Based on the Reformer, but more intense than the standard Reformer class. Using more resistance and reps you will concentrate on strength, power and precision. Aimed at slimming and toning the body fast.
For those who have been practicing Pilates for a while and want an extra challenge from more complicated advanced moves. Not suitable for beginners or rehab, we recommend you have a strong experience of Pilates before attending.
