A slower paced class aimed at beginners to teach you the basic Pilates techniques. You will become familiar with the Reformer bed and the different ways in which it can be used. Please do a minimum of 3 Beginner classes before joining an Open class.
Reformer Pilates will work on improving posture, balance and core strength. The perfect accompaniment to any other type of exercise, improving alignment and technique to help prevent injury and move with greater efficiency.
A targeted version of our Power Pilates class. By targeting large and small muscles in the lower body this class will strengthen your legs, glutes and core, leaving you feeling strong and supple. Please attend 3 beginner classes before booking.
A targeted version of our Power Pilates class. Working on large and small muscles this class will improve upper body alignment & stability, focusing on your arms and core to leave you feeling strong and supple. Please attend 3 beginner classes first.
A more intense version of our Reformer class, using greater resistance and more reps, with a focus on strength, power and precision. Challenge your fitness levels and get a sweat on. Not suitable for beginners or rehab.
For those who have been practicing Pilates for a while and want an extra challenge from more complicated advanced moves. Not suitable for beginners or rehab, we recommend you have a strong experience of Pilates before attending.
