When? Saturday 28th June, 14:30 – 16:30

In this 2 hour Splits Workshop, Lily will lead you through a range of stretching techniques, targeting your hamstrings, glutes, quadriceps, hip flexors and groin area to help you with your front and saddle slits. There will be a combination of static, dynamic and active stretches and stretching exercises to rid the muscles of lactic acid and incase blood flow around the body. You don’t have to be flexible to attend this workshop, all levels welcome.
