1. DESTRESS

A calming but fluid Yoga class that will allow you to completely switch off from the office and clear your mind. A focus on mindfulness techniques will arm you with the tools to carry this feeling through to the rest of your day.

2. ENERGISE

A gentle but flowing Yoga practise suitable for all levels. We’ll focus on linking breath with movement in a calming way to reinvigorate tired minds.

3. CHILLED

Chill out and de-stress in this slower pace Yoga practice. Great for those newer to Yoga or for those who prefer a calmer, rather than a sweaty, dynamic class.
